The house
ONDO HOUSES grew out of a simple observation. In our cities, furnished apartments sit empty all but three nights a month while travellers look for somewhere to stay. What is missing between the two is not demand: it is someone to keep the house.
Keeping a house is not posting a listing. It means checking that the generator starts, that the linen is clean, that the wifi holds, that someone answers at 10pm when a flight is late. It is a job of doing, not of showing.
We run our own apartments, and we manage those that owners entrust to us. The work is the same in both cases, and so is the yardstick: an occupancy rate, a price that holds, a guest who comes back.
A well-kept apartment is kept the same way in Yaoundé, in Entebbe or tomorrow somewhere else. That is why our management tool was built for several countries and currencies from day one: we never planned to stop at a border.
What we stand by
Water, power, wifi and linen must work on the day the guest arrives. The decoration comes second.
No fees that appear at the end. The total is shown before you send your request, discounts included.
Every booking, every payment, every cleaning visit is recorded. Nobody should have to rely on someone's memory.
One number, one person, a reply within 24 hours. That is the basis of trust, here as anywhere.
